1. Acceptance, Scope, and Incorporation

These Signature Sailor Loot Promotional Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute the complete terms governing participation in the Signature Sailor Loot promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by Michael Turell through Mikey Adventures Travel by Cruise Planners (collectively, the “Agency”). By requesting a quotation, submitting traveler information, initiating or completing a reservation, retaining the Agency as travel advisor, or accepting any promotional benefit, the traveler and each guest included on the reservation (collectively, the “Guest”) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the applicable Virgin Voyages ticket contract, booking conditions, fare rules, promotional terms, cancellation policies, payment requirements, privacy policies, and other supplier terms. If these Terms conflict with a mandatory supplier rule or applicable law, the supplier rule or applicable law shall control only to the extent of the conflict.

2. Definitions

“Signature Sailor Loot” means the conditional, non-cash onboard-credit benefit that may be provided or arranged by the Agency for an eligible reservation after all requirements are verified. It is not a guaranteed entitlement, cash rebate, refund, reduction in cruise fare, or representation that Virgin Voyages itself is the sole provider of the benefit.

• “Eligible Reservation” means a confirmed booking satisfying every requirement in these Terms.
• “Sailing Date” means the scheduled departure date stated in the final Virgin Voyages confirmation.
• “Eligible Cabin” means Sea Terrace, RockStar Quarters, or Mega RockStar Suites, subject to any supplier exclusions.
• “Excluded Fare” means any fare, promotion, discount, certificate, group allocation, or rate code that is excluded by these Terms, the Agency, or Virgin Voyages.
• “Reservation Modification” includes any cancellation, rebooking, repricing, transfer, itinerary change, sailing-date change, cabin change, fare-code change, name change, or other amendment.

3. Eligibility Requirements

A reservation qualifies only if every requirement below is satisfied continuously from booking through completion of the voyage:

1. The reservation must be made at least one hundred twenty-one (121) calendar days before the scheduled Sailing Date.
2. The confirmed accommodation must be an eligible Sea Terrace, RockStar Quarters, or Mega RockStar Suite.
3. The reservation must be booked through, or remain validly assigned to, Michael Turell and Mikey Adventures Travel by Cruise Planners.
4. The Guest must select “Yes” during checkout to retain Michael Turell as the travel advisor.
5. The reservation must remain in good standing, fully paid when due, and free of chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud indicators, or supplier holds.
6. The applicable fare and promotion must be combinable with the Promotion under the supplier rules in effect when eligibility is reviewed.
7. The Guest must provide complete and accurate traveler, contact, and reservation information reasonably requested to verify eligibility.

Failure to satisfy any single condition is sufficient grounds to deny, reduce, suspend, or revoke the promotional benefit.

4. Non-Eligible Cabin Categories, Rates, and Reservations

The foregoing examples are illustrative and not exhaustive. The Agency may determine that an additional rate, cabin category, certificate, future-voyage credit, promotional code, or booking channel is excluded when required by supplier policy or the economics of the Promotion.

Subject to final verification, promotional availability, eligible cabin category, and all other Terms, an Eligible Reservation may qualify for the following Signature Sailor Loot amount per eligible cabin:

6. Continuous Travel Advisor Assignment

Michael Turell, Mikey Adventures Travel by Cruise Planners, must remain the travel advisor of record from the initial booking through the end of the sailing. The Guest authorizes the Agency to access, service, and communicate regarding the reservation as permitted by the supplier and applicable law.

If the Guest selects “No” at checkout, removes the Agency, transfers the booking, changes the advisor, requests direct control of the reservation, or otherwise causes the Agency to lose access or attribution, the reservation shall become ineligible immediately. The Agency has no obligation to restore a benefit after advisor attribution is lost, even if attribution is later reinstated.

7. Cancellations, Rebookings, and Reservation Modifications

Any Reservation Modification may affect eligibility. The Agency may reevaluate the reservation after each change and may reduce or remove the promotional benefit when:

• the sailing date, itinerary, voyage length, fare, cabin category, or rate code changes;
• the reservation is canceled and reinstated, rebooked, repriced, or transferred;
• a traveler name, occupancy level, or number of cabins changes;
• the revised booking no longer satisfies the 121-day requirement;
• the revised fare is excluded or non-combinable; or
• Virgin Voyages changes, withdraws, or refuses the applicable promotional inventory.

The Guest should contact Michael Turell before requesting any change. No oral statement by a call-center representative or third party shall bind the Agency unless confirmed by the Agency in writing.

8. Promotional Availability and Virgin Voyages Terms

Signature Sailor Loot is subject to availability, capacity controls, supplier approval where required, combinability restrictions, technical processing, and the Virgin Voyages promotional policies in effect at the relevant time. Virgin Voyages may change itineraries, fares, cabin classifications, promotional rules, or availability without notice.

The Agency does not control Virgin Voyages’ systems, checkout questions, inventory, or promotional decisions. Where a supplier action makes performance impossible or commercially unreasonable, the Agency may substitute a benefit of comparable value, reduce the benefit, or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

9. Nature, Use, and Limitations of Sailor Loot

• Signature Sailor Loot has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, refunded, sold, assigned, or transferred.
• It may not be applied retroactively to a reservation that did not satisfy all eligibility requirements when booked.
• It may not be used to pay the cruise fare, deposit, taxes, fees, travel insurance, or any item the supplier excludes.
• Unused amounts expire according to the supplier’s onboard-credit rules and will not be refunded.
• It is limited to the eligible reservation and cabin for which it was approved.
• It may not be combined with every other offer, incentive, certificate, group amenity, or promotion.

10. SMS, MMS, Telephone, and A2P Messaging Terms

The following terms apply only when a Guest separately and affirmatively elects to receive text messages from Mikey Adventures Travel by Cruise Planners. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing travel, requesting a quote, downloading a guide, or completing a reservation.

The Agency will not treat a phone number supplied solely for operational travel service as automatic consent to receive unrelated marketing messages. Where required, marketing consent must be clear, voluntary, separately disclosed, and capable of being verified.

11. Privacy, Data Use, and Mobile Information

The Agency may collect and use contact, traveler, and reservation information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, service bookings, communicate required travel information, process requested services, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Mobile opt-in information and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers, communications platforms, travel suppliers, regulators, or professional advisors only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, administer communications, protect rights, or comply with law.

A separate Privacy Policy should be maintained and linked from every form that collects personal information or messaging consent.

12. Disclaimers, Errors, Force Majeure, and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promotion is provided “as available” and without any representation that a particular reservation will qualify. The Agency may correct typographical, pricing, technical, or promotional errors and may deny fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or mistaken claims.

The Agency shall not be responsible for the loss, reduction, delay, or non-delivery of a promotional benefit caused by Virgin Voyages, a payment processor, a communications carrier, a reservation-system failure, inaccurate Guest information, advisor removal, itinerary changes, force majeure, labor action, governmental action, public-health event, weather, supplier insolvency, or circumstances beyond the Agency’s reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Agency’s aggregate liability arising from the Promotion shall not exceed the verified dollar value of the promotional benefit that was finally approved for the affected reservation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Amendments, Severability, Waiver, and Controlling Terms

The Agency may amend these Terms prospectively when Virgin Voyages changes its promotional policies, when legal or carrier requirements change, or when necessary to prevent abuse or operational harm. The version published on the website on the relevant booking date generally applies, unless a later change is required by law or supplier mandate.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. Headings are for convenience only and do not limit the meaning of any provision.

These Terms, the final written Agency confirmation, and the applicable supplier agreements constitute the entire understanding concerning the Promotion and supersede prior oral or informal promotional descriptions.
